Icelandic horse

A great day today doing the ' Golden Circle' tour - so many photos to choose from. We visited Pingvellir ( the ancient Icelandic Parliament site) , Geysir where we saw the magnificent Strokkur geyser erupting several times, and then the Golden Waterfall. The weather was dry and cold but incredibly icy underfoot. On the way we stopped to photo these hairy Icelandic horses. They were snug under all that hair!
