Christmas Cookies

Christmas cookie making day today. Orla has been begging to do this for weeks, but when it came to it she got bored after cutting out about three and left me to it. She enjoyed decorating the gingerbread Christmas trees with green fondant icing and edible decorations though, and making gingerbread houses. Conor was very keen to help too. My favourites are still the gingerbread snowflakes, they just look so festive.
