Brrrrr!!

Well I got in at the chiropractor today. Nice chap called Ed gave my bones a going over . £33 lighter. I am now having to use my ice pack a few times a day. Just what I need when it's freezing cold. But no pain, no gain !!
Go again next week, and the ice pack will be returned to the freezer shortly.
Off to my sister in laws later for chilli, that will warm me up!!
