Summer jobs

Caught up with mum for a coffee and a mooch around The Tannery.  Such a nice place to shop!   Not a mall - too nice and not enough people.  Expensive shops though, I guess that's what happens with no chain stores to prop up the rent.

The Apothecary is an interesting shop run by a lovely woman.

Dave and I decided to make a move on the fence painting. It is a big job being on 3½ sides of the property. We've gone for a darker charcoal than the blue gray that is currently there.  Dries darker as evidenced by the fence to the right.

Two hours has seen a small piece of fence and most the the gate done.
