Frosty Walk

Today felt like things were slightly 'normal', I always get lost in the days over Christmas wondering where we are in the week and if I'm supposed to be working! :)

Bertie and I went for a 'mindful' walk up to Rodborough Common, I'm on an 8 week Mindfulness course (via a book) and one of this weeks tasks is to take a walk 'Mindfully'.....I'll let you know how I get on!
