Emergency blip.

By the time I finally got up for real (not the earlier aborted attempt which only made it as far as the kitchen for a cuppa then back to bed), and started working through my 'to do' list it was almost too dark for a blip.

(Note to self:  Old wives tale of washing up liquid in the car windscreen water DOESN'T stop it freezing - just gunges up the filter!), Mental Lentil soup made, banana muffins and a mountain of ironing- tick.

I'm still waiting delivery of my new birthday 85mm lens - due any day now.

My local garage can squeeze my waterworks problem in tomorrow FIRST thing:

Me: "11.00 o'clock then??"  (wishfully).
Him:"We open at 8.30"
Me : " Well I won't have my hair and makeup done  !"  (come to think of it - I haven't had my hair and makeup done on a weekday since 1985!).
