Where's Neptune's trident

We took my darling daughter to the train station this morning. She's off to see her boyfriend - I don't know whether I should be worried or rubbing my hands together - because she said she was only going away for a few days, but her case was very heavy and she only bought a single ticket!
Hit the sales in Cheltenham after but didn't buy anything coming back down the Promenade I blipped Neptune but noticed that his trident was missing. From Gloucestershire news website the trident was stolen a week ago but returned the same day and then stolen again.
