Foraging

The chaffinch are looking good, not surprising with all the feeders around our little community. All four properties have any number of feeders in place. I thought this sunflower seed looked large for the size of beak although this must be normal for finches.

Another bright cold day, two of our visitors - the lads: one is aged 21 the other 59 - have spent the afternoon on Calgary beach kite boarding. They have just returned and sound happy. Better go and put the kettle on.
