Slightly later on our walk through the woods today due to sorting out the aged ones' medication - pre organised packs falling to pieces and tablets not staying in the right compartments, and finishing delivery of Slimming World Leaflets.

There was a lot of ice on the pools but some was beginning to melt where it was in the sun.  This swan was hardly moving around in the icy cold water while the ducks were scurrying along creating all sorts of ripples.

It's been a gorgeous day here - blue sky and sunshine but very cold.
