The Alps?

Today I felt 100% better. Just in time to enjoy the stunning winter sunshine. Perrrrfect walking weather. I walked to Settle with my brother, setting off at 10 seeing not a sole for a good few miles. We 'hit' the sales in the two outdoor shops and we both managed to find a bargain. Then we went for lunch at The Talbot. Speeding and tasty! Highly recommend. We set off back home, chasing the sunset and passing a man in a kilt at the same time! We had to walk for about an hour in the dark, making a diversion when we saw cows.

I feel refreshed now, ready for a short week at work. I'm blanking out the rest of January as if it won't come.
