.....Christmas Past.......apparently it had some ups (as in lots of leftover poached salmon, smoked gammon and enough mayonnaise to have a bath in), and some downs (that would be the festive turf war that she started with Alfie-down-the-street over sovereignty of the doorstep, and the resulting scratched ear she came away with).....but on balance, not a bad one at all.....

It's mighty cold here this morning, I'm thinking a big pot of coffee, a slice of Christmas cake and a book........just because I can.........
