Back 'home'

Well at least to where we call home in India though India is feeling very much like home now.  We are back from the bike tour. I managed to post photos but not many comments. It was an amazing tour - 800kms and 4000 metres ascent in 7 days. What was so very special was the company - the other riders - all Indian were amazing support and such fun. We rode through the mountains in Tamil Nadu through Coonoor and Ooty .. some very steep climbs .. I think we are fitter than we have ever been .. not many Indian women in their sixties cycle like this here so I did get some looks as we travelled through some of the rural villages. I never wore shorts always longs ... and the loosest cycling tops I could find...  all in all it was wonderful .. next year too we hope ..
