Two roads diverged...

I went out for a lovely run this morning before going to work. The ground was very soggy after all the rain, but it was bright and sunny and the hills were calling.

Here is a blip of two roads which diverge near Dreghorn. The track on the left has recently been upgraded and I'm sure is much easier for the army to use (and perhaps cyclists, too), but the path on the right is much more my type of track. This is the one I usually run down after a jog up Capelaw. You can see a little of it in this photo (but the summit is much further back). On the way down this morning I heard a cuckoo singing!
