It's really mine?

The families left this morning, before ten. They have packed lunches, drinks and snacks for their journeys. The house is quiet. We make a coffee and have a little sit down before doing anything else!
Russet now understands that this new toy really does belong to her, and not to one of the children! It is the first non-pheasant soft toy she has ever had!
We receive texts telling us that the roads are very busy. The London family arrive home soon after two, but the Cheshire bound do not get home until five. A long journey for the little ones, but they are now all safely home.
