Santa and swans

One lot of family staying for a couple of days so invited 3rd grandson for the day as well.
After church and lunch we went for a walk down to the frozen ponds, there was only a small amount of water for the various birds to swim in.
The hat went well with the padded suit and he insisted he was Santa.
