Freezing The Tail Off A Brass Monkey

With the temperature set at around 4 degrees Celsius and a stiff North East breeze blowing at about force 5, it felt bloney freezing when I ventured out at 7:15 AM to capture the sunrise at 8 o'clock (ish) ...
My efforts were, of course, worth all the discomfort ... and the sun played ball with great radiance ... but it was quite ironic that this evening produced a stunning sunset which I also managed to capture and which I almost decided to post in favour of this shot ... :o)

The other irony is that today I had to chose between about 10 different potential photos which I'd taken for todays blip ... and yet during the next few days I probably won't have much time to capture anything interesting ... :o|
