Stollen

Our dear friends in Frankfurt sent us some genuine Dresden stollen for Christmas. It is particularly delicious as befits the genuine original festive bread that was first made in Dresden in 1474!. It doesn't have as much marzipan as our version but although I can find no list of ingredients, it has quite a boozy taste.
It is quiet here again now with family leaving this morning. I miss them.
