Jökulsárlón

This is one of our favourite places in Iceland. It looks so different every time. The sun was just coming up over the horizon and it was stunning. After we had been there until we were nearly frozen we went to Höfn intending to soak in the hot pots, but unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. Some people told us we could try a farm nearby that has a pool and would be open. We found the farm and the pools. It was some -7C and no indoor showers or anything so we decided it was too primitive for those conditions. In the afternoon we visited the museum  in commemoration of Þorbergur Þorðarson, who is a great Icelandic author.
