Tomorrow is another day.

I've had a little disaster in the kitchen today. not a major one just a little one by way of making pastry that wouldn't roll.

It's not the end of the world. worse things happen but it meant so much to me today to make this flaming pastry. Even the turkey filling for my pie went wrong, I couldn't possibly show a photograph of that! With failing pastry and a yukky looking filling I piled some mashed potatoes on top and hoped for the best!

Thank goodness I had a phonecall as the pie was being released from the oven! I missed the less than complimentary comments about my pie and re surfaces to see Mr C had made sausage and chips!

As you can see I poured myself a little glass! in the grand scheme of things its not a total disaster and Tomorrow is another day.
