We had a great day at Spencer Park with family friends.  I was on Dad-Duty - bowling the cricket ball nice, so the kids could hit it.  Throwing the tennis ball vertically as high as possible so they could take turns at trying to catch it.  Kicking the soccer ball the same way - as high as possible straight up.  Then home to cook a BBQ dinner.  Chickpea and courgette korma burgers, grilled aubergine, capsicum, courgette and onions with a spicy dressing and good old sausages.  I don't know about the kids, but I'm done in.
