It was nearly five o'clock, when my hotel shuts, and she still hadn't appeared.  Gallivanting with her friends, playing bridge and eating too much. How very DARE she keep me waiting.

And now she's got the cheek to Blip me !!!!

Well - I've got control of all the hand sets and I will NOT let her watch Dr Who.  That'll teach her.

(Anyone who has tried to negotiate the M40 today will know why I was late to collect Sparkie. I've discovered lots of new back roads - and I'm really surprised that I did get there in time.  And there was no snow until I got to the roundabout at the end of my road.  Lots on my lawn - well, that  might be tomorrow's blip)
