Autism in Zimbabwe

We made some new friends today.

Raising a child with autism is a challenge. This is especially so when finances are tight and there is no financial respite from Government. Schools are few and far between, in both South Africa and Zimbabwe. It is up to the parents to create small centres, raise funds and create support groups.

Pathways Autism Trust in Harare, Zimbabwe, is one such centre trying to get off the ground. Amazing people. Proactive parents. Really thrilled to meet them and their gorgeous boy.
