A Winter's Day

A day of sunshine - shadows - freezing temperatures - overnight snowfall - and ice

I stayed upright - whilst others were slipping and sliding - on a walk up to St Ives - because Santa had brought me some grippers to attach to the soles of my boots

However I can't sit down - at the dining room table - where I do jigsaws - had to take our chairs to daughter's house - on Christmas Day - and haven't got them back yet - had to read instead

Good job we eat in the kitchen
