Pot of gold

These Pot Marigolds (Calendula Officinalis) are all coming into flower in the garden at the moment. They are another healing plant. I remember going on a herbal medicine course when I was at uni and we made a healing salve made out of marigolds which used to treat cuts and grazes......& very good it was too! I still have the recipe somewhere, I'll have to dig it out!
