The Stone

The holidays have been hectic and chaotic. Not that I mind much but it's been difficult to get photos the last couple of days, I know that sounds hard to believe, as well as a chance to process and organize the few photos I took, and then there's always the perfectionism and thinking I have nothing to show.

Yesterday, in the middle of arguments and heated discussion, I left and went for a walk in the territory northeast of us. I lived here since July but haven't ventured a step out in that direction. Among other things I discovered this stone, stuck up halfway out of the ground like an ancient boundary marker.
