Pigeon in flight

I had discovered time lapse on my IPad over christmas so with a bit of snow on the ground I decided to do a time lapse video of my bird station. I left it for an hour and got 28secs of film. But frame by frame there is so much to see. The pic I chose is of a huge pigeon trying to land on the small feeders and failing. I also took some more snaps but I haven't found how to add to link on this new system so cannot link you I them I am afraid.

Hope you all had a great Christmas break. Mine was great, quality time with my children and a long trip down to my Mum who, though still a little confused, is feeling better and hopefully will settle into her care home. She loved our visit and had cheered up by the time we left.

Yesterday my younger brother and wife and child came and we all had a great time. They are off tomorrow to live in Dubai so may not get to see them much for a good while. Still it's a great move for them and they are very excited about it.

Then magically the snow fell around 10 pm so I remembered to do a Boxing Day blip.
