Castleton

It was a Christmas picture postcard scene first thing.  We woke up to four inches of snow, very pretty but not great on a day we had to travel.  We left it until mid morning but still got stuck at Foxhouses, notorious for being a snow blackspot.  We helped two other stuck cars get going and then just managed to slither up the hill ourselves.  I was glad to get back safe and sound.  Thanks for you good wishes yesterday.  I am felling a bit better but will take it easy for the rest of the day.
