First snow of winter

... and no snow-plough or gritters have been out.  This road is usually done as it is a bus route, but not today.  Lots of people have been out clearing their drives and their estate roads but so far no activity from the council.  I can see that we'll all need four wheel drives before long.  I was intending to walk up the hill and take photos but having set off after I'd done my own share of snow shovelling I forgot to take the card I'd just cleaned off!  Also no photo (as yet) from yesterdays walk.  The jpegs just don't seem to want to load from my TZ60 panasonic.  I've tried PC/Lightroom, MacAir/Elements and my ipad/photogene and I get the same error message from each!  Very frustrating.
