'Hello world!'

The nicest of Christmas presents - I discovered three of these little honey eater babies in a nest in my olive tree - right outside my lounge room window. They are very well concealed so it was just impossible to get all three - and the parents have been back and forward all day with worms, lizard tails, insects, even a bit of a stink bug - and making a lot of noise if I am too close - so I put the camera on the tripod and got the telefoto lens out - and have been happily snapping their every move all day long! Such joy - Especially to discover them on Xmas day!
