What a meal!

A vegan Boxing Day meal. My first attempt at a nut roast....delicious. Our dessert offering was weird but delicious: boozy oranges with saffron, vegan carrot cake and coconut ice and various whiskeys.......A lovely day with my son, Neil and daughter in law Sandi.
