Writing on the wall

Today was a warmish but extremely rainy day. Blipping was difficult from under my umbrella. However it dried for about an hour and I managed to take this shot.

I walk past at least twice a day the museum of genocide victims in Vilnius which was previously the KGB headquarters. The names of victims of the KGB are chiselled into the walls as a permanent reminder of those who died under the "previous system".
