In these days there are a few moments at the beginning of the day which are mine.

Time during the day is spent responding to my family ...which is good.

Early this morning at first light I enjoyed looking out over our courtyard and listening to the birds singing and watching the squirrel exploring the nut feeders J had filled for the birds.

Grateful that in the busyness if things I can appreciate my life .
