I've Been Baking

Wanted to make something different this year, than mince pies.  So I had a go at making a Victoria Sandwich and some cup cakes.

I couldn't resist trying a piece of the sponge - very nice; cup cakes are for tomorrow, at which point they will be decorated with 'hundreds and thousands'.
