International Space Station

Its the brightest star near the centre. I was following the Orion launch on NASA's website and I signed up for email alerts for when the ISS goes over. This was the first time I've seen it and I'm amazed. Its pretty easy to see and on this pass went across most of the sky taking about 5 mins.

Off up the motorway to Cumbria tonight as SR is taking me away for a long weekend for my birthday
