Boxing Day fare

Roast rib of beef today, and once again we are being spoiled.
A second, no third, day of being looked after royally with no cooking or chores.
Maybe Christmas TV is not as exciting or as entertaining as it might be, but who cares?
Christmas is for chilling out with the family!
