One proud owner

At some stage I was always going to have to post a blip of DS#1 with his car or I would never have heard the end of it. Here it is. Luckily with the perspective of the image I have managed to make it look more like a small toy car than it actually is.
That said, it is the sort of place they do take pictures of cars to advertise them - big expanse of sky and sand although perhaps a bluer sky would be good. Not sure this particular beast is suited to some of the rougher tracks and roads here....
This is the start of a favourite beach walk opposite the island of  Vallay where you can just see the remains of Erskine Beveridge's house on the skyline. A stunning spot even on a grey December day.
As a bonus the Co-Op nearby was unexpectedly open and so we can drink coffee again - relief.
