Christmas lights

We had a lovely, relaxing christmas day, just the two of us, so no pressure. We got up at around 10:30am and opened our presents; I got lots of Blu Rays, lots of photography books, a Kindle Paperwhite, a lovely jumper, some bath bombs... and some homemade blackberry gin and vodka from my 8 year old niece - she knows her auntie well ;)

We eventually had christmas lunch at about 5pm - a four bird roast with all the trimmings. The dogs got a portion each once we'd finished, too. 

There was aurora on the go most of the evening, so I kept nipping out for photographs, but the cloud on the horizon wasn't for shifting, so this was the best I got. Lovely to have aurora on christmas day though.
