my fledglings are leaving the nest....

well sort of. My team are mostly students who stay for a year and just when they have learned everything......they s*d off back to uni and we start all over again! They have all been great this year and will be sad to see the back of them. One of them bought me this great mug which has a phrase on it that's been on my lips most days - they soon found themselves using it too. One of them did a little presentation on her time with us and said "I just assumed if you sent an email asking people to do something by x date, theyd just do it......" ah the innocence of youth.
