OK Photo, but Warm Story

As we were entering the memory care unit in the Senior Living Center for Christmas lunch with my mother-in-law, I saw this man cooking on a grill in the back of his truck.  He said his mother's favorite meal is grilled swordfish steak with a sweet potato.  He was preparing her meal in the parking lot as a Christmas surprise for her.  His mother is in the rehab unit.  I think this scene represents at least part of what Christmas is about.
