"L's"

He's passed the first stage, a 40 odd questionnaire multi-choice computer thing at the RTA. He has a log book & has to clock up at least 120hrs supervised driving over the next 12 months. Then he becomes a "P" plater (unsupervised driving) for 12 months & if that goes OK he's qualified.
