subliminal wrapping

We felt that New York had definitely infiltrated VP's mind when we saw this year's wrapping!

Our little people received amazing presents from all corners, as did we. We shared a lovely meal and managed to all be together inspite of various illnesses and, well, we got through without Mum although we each felt we needed her in different ways. I was sad not to make it to church due to chicken pox but actually, I'm not sure we'd have managed to get dinner on the table before midnight had we made it. Next year's festivities will seem easy peasy as we shan't be juggling a newborn too!

Today I am thankful for faith, family and friends. Thanks to all who sent words of kindness and encouragement.
