Chocolate Christmas log

This is the Chocolate Christmas log I made for today. That's what took me longer to prepare!

I had four friends for Christmas lunch today, so I got up early to get everything ready. The starter was easy as we were just having smoked salmon and a selection of cheeses with bread and crackers. The main course was chicken with potatoes and roasted vegetables and we had the chocolate log for dessert. The filling is white chocolate mousse. There was plenty of food. My guests finished all the food on their plates but there was still more, which means that they enjoyed it and there was more than enough food to fill their tummies. This made me happy!

We had a good laugh. I had a really good day with lovely company! 

Now I have to do the dishes... :(
