A happy Christmas

This is the absolutely best thing about my day - spending most it at least with my daughter. They let me out of hospital at about 11am so I feel very lucky.
I said to one of the nurses that I felt sorry for her - and grateful - that she was working Christmas Day - and she said she didn't mind, she said she was always grateful that she could go home at the end of her shift but 'her ladies' in the ward couldn't so she was lucky. That just sums up what all the nurses we're like.
