New People

Many people spend their holidays with old friends, family, familiar people. Mine was quite the opposite.
I met my son's girlfriends family instead and stayed for a lovely roast turkey dinner.
Sarah's grandparents, Margaret and Sandy, her mom, Anita and her two little brothers, Tyler and Matthew.
It was a fun day, a loud day. Not our usual. John and I are pretty quiet. It's nice for him to get to see a big family for a change.
This decoration on the tree was made by someone who I thought was a friend, but when she and her husband broke up she….unfriended me:( She's a great girl and I guess she had her reasons.  Hoping she and all of you have a wonderful Christmas.
