Christmas Day Sunrise

Maeve the Deerhound and I enjoyed this view on our wander up towards the church this morning. It is almost the reverse of the view in yesterday's post. All was quiet, and not another soul was around.

Before lunch Apothecary7 and I took Maeve for a walk. We followed the usual route up by the church, down the field with the bridal path to the shore road and then we went down to the beach. We walked along past the fishermen's huts then continued along the beach and then took the path to the main beach at Carnoustie. We passed lots of people out enjoying the winter sunshine. We turned up for home by the railway station.

A lovely cold clear sunny Christmas day.
