Winter cake making - take 2

As one of our cats did a flying leap and landed a little short of target, which resulted in Roland's winter cake mix (and bowl) being spread all over the kitchen floor yesterday he decided to give it another go. 

His endeavours were successful but he was also heard to mutter: 'I should've done this back in October, like I usually do'.
