"Get out of the kitchen if you can't take the heat

As part of my foodie adventures and privilidges I had the pleasure of watching two wonderful sous chefs in action getting lunch orders out in a fab seafood restaurant. Here is one of the chefs putting the finishing touches to a plate of French toast. It looked amazing, and I was in awe of his skills but being in that kitchen for just 5 minutes made me glad that I never have to work in a restaurant or kitchen again. It is such hard work and tiring too. I spent many a long lonely day and night stuck at a sink washing pots and pans when I first started in the food game. Never again!
