Tending the Light

Glorious clear blue skies day here. I enjoyed a circular river walk via the Cathedral, which gave me lots of choice of photo. I hesitated on posting this but decided it says something of the extremes of the human experience, especially today. This woman has been a bag lady around the city for many years. She lives outdoors, outside the Cathedral. I spoke to her several times and she ignored me.
I listened last night on radio 4's PM to Eddies extended interview with Dr John Knott about his surgical experiences this year in Syria. Oh when will the west intervene. If you missed it you'll find it on iplayer.
