Newcomers at the manger

Today the grandchildren were here; we made and then decorated cookies, decorated the tree, and Gage set out the manger scene. I have a host  of animals and people gathered over the years; nothing is so fancy that the children could not play with them. They arrange, and rearrange the folk around the stable. After Gage was finished, he went and drew pictures of himself, Jax and Ethan and taped them to the back of the animals. He wanted them to be there to see the newborn King too!
