Vegetarian Christmas List

We did not do much today, but did go out and buy an organic chicken for Christmas dinner. There is no point getting a Turkey for two.

For 25 years Texann did not eat meat and then, there were reasons, reintroduced Happy (Organic) Chicken to her diet. 

Anyway the last few years I have been able to eat meat for Christmas dinner to amuse my bouche, and that leaves me hankering after the Tofurky that used to grace our dinner table.  Let me tell you it is a bugger to stuff.  As John Lennon once said  "Tofurkey has given me the runs".  It was something like that anyway.

Anyway it was no surprise that this display caught my eye in the supermarket.
